To keep every photoshoot clear, smooth and professional, please review the terms below before booking.
No deposit is required for Regular Resort Photoshoots. The session is complimentary, and guests only pay for the edited photos they select.
A 50% deposit is required to confirm package bookings. This applies to Mini, Standard, Family, Clear Kayak, Flying Dress and Proposal / Engagement. The deposit is part of the selected package price and is not an extra booking fee.
The remaining 50% is paid after the photoshoot and before the edited photos are delivered.
If the photographer is late, the delayed time will be added to the session. If the guest is late, the delayed time is deducted from the booked session time.
Package prices are for digital delivery. Selected edited photos include basic retouch and basic Lightroom color grading. RAW files are not included.
Prints are optional and charged separately. 6x8 inch / 15x21 cm prints are $5 each. Extra edited photos, group photos and advanced retouch are charged according to the price list.
Because edited photos are digital products, payments are non-refundable after the photos have been delivered by phone, email or digital link.
Copyright remains with the photographer. Guests may use the photos for personal and social media use. Photographeroo may use selected images for portfolio, website, social media and promotional purposes. Guests who prefer privacy can inform us before or during the session.
Weather, light, wind, crowds and location conditions may affect the result. If conditions are unsafe, the session may be rescheduled.
Services are provided in Curaçao. Any dispute is subject to Curaçao law and the competent courts of Curaçao.

Delivery time depends on the number of selected photos and schedule. Fast digital delivery is available whenever possible.
Yes. Drone photography is available for selected sessions and clear kayak experiences when conditions and location rules allow it.
Yes. Proposal and engagement sessions are available with planning support and discreet coverage of the moment.

Professional photography depends on beautiful light. These times create the strongest tropical result.
For a luxury tropical look, white, beige, soft earth tones and light pastel colors photograph beautifully. Avoid neon colors, heavy patterns and large logos. Sunglasses can be a stylish accessory; for some portraits, we may ask you to remove them so your eyes remain visible.
